This trophy can be boosted because it matches you with players that are in your round, a round above you, or a round below you. If you have some friends that are willing to help you and you get lucky to fight them, you could get boosted right to the end. It is recommended to boost this trophy at late hours of the night when less people are on meaning you have a higher chance to pair up with your friend. It has been discovered that blitz is regional, meaning if you're from North America, you can't match up with people from Europe (or other regions) and vice versa. It is also unknown what regions there are. It's known that North America and Europe are different regions, probably Asia, Oceania, and Africa, however, that is not known. Boosting at least to around round 3 or 4 will be your best chance at the trophy.

It is recommended that you learn the mechanics of the game through offline first, so online won't be as tough.

Бустить нереально пока хоть ктото играет. Шансы попасть друг на друга процентов 10... небольше

Upd. Трофей выбит без буста. Практика показала, что буст блица тут весьма проблематично исполнить и нужно очень много людей, точно не меньше двух десятков. Редкий случай, когда проще и быстрее тренироваться и выбивать самому, чем бустить.
